This combination of Sports and Deep Tissue massage is an effective therapy for releasing Muscular tension and restoring balance to the musculo-skeletal system. Sports massage therapy combines general Deep Tissue manipulation with various forms of stretching techniques to loosen up the tight muscles and restore muscle function.
