  • Privacy and Confidentiality:
    • All personal information held by the massage therapist is treated as private and confidential. It will not be disclosed to other parties.
    • Payment details are not stored on our website.
    • You must be 18 and over to book.
    • The client understands that the therapist may refuse treatment if it’s contraindicated due to medical or other conditions that the client presents with, considering health, safety, and well-being.
    • Each person reacts differently to massage, and no specific outcome is guaranteed from a treatment or series of treatments.

 

  • Termination of Treatment:
    • Therapists reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment at their discretion.
    • Full payment is still required if treatment is refused or terminated.
    • Examples of when this may occur include:
      • If the client is under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs during treatment.
      • If the client withholds relevant information.
      • If the client’s behaviour is inappropriate or poses a risk to the therapist.

 

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellation of booked treatments must be done with at least 48 hours’ notice; otherwise, full payment is required.
    • If you are experiencing cold symptoms or feeling unwell, please refrain from coming into the Practice and notify us in advance.
    • All Packages are non Refundable
    • All vouchers are valid for 6 months
