Stretching is preformed on a floor mat no oil is applied and you should wear loose comfortable clothing the therapist uses his or her hands knees legs and feet to move you into a series of yoga like stretches muscle compressions joint mobilization and acupressure are also used during Treatment Stretching is both relaxing and energizing.
